<p>Green Centre of Wilanów</p>

Wilanów Park has received the BREEAM Communities interim international certificate as one of the pioneering mixed-use projects in Poland, integrating retail, gastronomy, service, and entertainment functions. This interim certificate confirms that the assessed development will have a positive impact on the environment and the local community and economy.

Once construction is completed, the Nhood Services Poland team will apply for a BREEAM Communities certificate in the Final category.

The facility will also apply for the BREEAM New Construction certificate.

Community consultations
Community consultations comprises a series of meetings and discussions relating to the new green space in Wilanów, which will form an integral part of the Wilanów Park development. Joined by residents, community members, councillors, local government representatives and all stakeholders, we discussed and clarified expectations regarding the more than two-hectare urban park.
