Wilanów Park has received the BREEAM Communities interim international certificate as one of the pioneering mixed-use projects in Poland, integrating retail, gastronomy, service, and entertainment functions. This interim certificate confirms that the assessed development will have a positive impact on the environment and the local community and economy.
Once construction is completed, the Nhood Services Poland team will apply for a BREEAM Communities certificate in the Final category.
The facility will also apply for the BREEAM New Construction certificate.

Wilanów Park will be developed in the southern part of Warsaw, on the edge of Miasteczko Wilanów in the quarter of Uprawna, Przyczółkowa, Karuzela streets and Rzeczypospolitej Avenue.
The proximity to the Warsaw Southern Bypass will complement the existing urban layout, as well as contribute to the reduction of car traffic noise in the vicinity of the S2 traffic junction.
